1. Who provides the services

The services on this site are provided and invoiced by BlueStork, Andromeda 7, 3225 VA Hellevoetsluis,the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 83369988, VAT number NL003810388B58. Email: support@maxitemplates.com.

Services are separate from buying a template. Templates are sold on maxitemplates.com under their own terms.

2. Price and confirmation

Services such as deployment, custom changes or the written check of a finished site are not part of a template purchase. For each service you receive a fixed price in writing; work starts after you confirm it by reply, and BlueStork invoices you directly, payable in advance.

3. VAT

Prices for consumers include 21% Dutch VAT. Businesses: the price excl. VAT is shown next to it; with a VAT number in another EU country you are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.

4. Withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a service bought at a distance. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and confirm that you lose the right to withdraw once the work is fully done, the right ends when the work is complete; if you withdraw earlier, you pay only for the part already done.
